一、Development History
The Department of Applied Foreign Languages was established in '91 to nurture foreign language professionals who meet the needs of a globalized international community. At present, the department has three academic systems: Four-year Undergraduate Program (Day School), Four-year Undergraduate Program (Night School) and Two-year Continuing Education Program. The Department currently has 13 full-time teachers, 100% of whom are PhD teachers. Since its establishment, the Department has been steadily growing and nurturing professionals with multi-language communication skills for the country and society.

 1.Department of Applied Foreign Languages (English Group): It mainly promotes a cross-disciplinary credit program of tourism, business and English language teaching
2. Department of Applied foreign languages (Japan-Korea Group): Mainly promoting one course: Japanese-Korean interdisciplinary course at the workplace.

Continue to provide collaborative teaching by industry teachers to enhance students’ practical knowledge; expand the number of internships at home and abroad for students during semesters and academic years.

5. Student employability: Assist students to improve their English, Japanese, and Korean majors and practical certificate results.
